My Browband Design browband is damaged after the warranty period, what now?
If your browband is damaged by any circumstances, please contact us via the contact form . We will work with you to determine the best solution. In most cases, the browband can be repaired for a small amount.
Guarantee Browband Design browbands
All browbands and other products come with a 30-day warranty.
This warranty includes:
- Letting go of the rhinestone chain
- Letting go of latches
- Letting go of stitching
- Manufacturing defects
- Wear of the leather
Browband Design does not guarantee the rhinestones. You will receive with your order, at least 4 extra stones per color and type,
so that you can easily replace it yourself, if necessary. Please contact for additional stones.
Do you want to claim the warranty within the period of 30 days after purchase,
contact us via the contact form .
Repair outside the warranty period
Should the browband be damaged in any way outside the warranty period,
contact us via the contact form. Together we look for the best solution.
In most cases, the browband can be repaired for shipping costs and a small fee.
